Do I need an account to browse pet hotels?
No. You can search and compare without one. We only ask you to sign in when you continue to book, and a WhatsApp number is all it takes.
How do I pay?
Pay in full in the app by QRIS or a bank Virtual Account. Anything extra you request during the stay is paid at the pet hotel on pickup.
Which vaccines are required?
It depends on the pet hotel. Most ask for Tricat and Rabies for cats, DHPP and Rabies for dogs. Requirements are listed on each pet hotel's page.
Where is Pepetho available?
