Pepetho is coming to South Jakarta
A cat and dog boarding marketplace built on skocipos, opening first in South Jakarta. Here is what it does, how booking works, and how pet hotels can get ready.

Pepetho is a new way to book cat and dog boarding: pick a verified pet hotel, pay once in the app, and hear from the staff every day of the stay. We are opening in South Jakarta first, and this is what to expect.
What Pepetho is
Leaving a pet with someone you have never met is a big decision, and most of the process today happens over WhatsApp: asking whether a room is free, sending a transfer, hoping for a photo. Pepetho puts that whole flow in one place.
- Verified pet hotels. Every listing is reviewed by the Skoci team before it goes live. Facility photos, the address, and the business bank account are checked.
- Clear rules before you pay. Vaccine requirements, room types, and the cancellation terms are shown on every pet hotel's page.
- Daily updates. Photos and notes on meals, play, and sleep come from the staff looking after your pet, until pickup day.
How booking works
- Browse without an account. Pick your dates and compare pet hotels nearby. We only ask you to sign in when you continue to book, and a WhatsApp number is all it takes.
- Pay once, in full. Pay by QRIS or a bank Virtual Account. Pepetho holds the payment and only releases it to the pet hotel after your pet checks in.
- Cancel with no surprises. Each pet hotel sets a full-refund deadline. Cancel before it and you get everything back; after it, the fee shown at booking applies. If the pet hotel cancels, you always get 100% back.
Anything extra you ask for during the stay, such as a bath before pickup, is paid at the pet hotel when you collect your pet.
For pet hotels
Pepetho is part of the Skoci family and runs on skocipos, the cashier app already used by shops and cafés. For a pet hotel that means:
- Online bookings arrive already paid in full, so no-shows stop costing you.
- A room board on the cashier tablet shows who is in which room and who arrives or leaves today.
- Check-out becomes a normal bill, and boarding revenue sits in the same report as your other sales.
Joining is free. Pepetho takes a 5% commission on each booking, and only when you actually get one.
What happens next
The app is on its way to Google Play and the App Store, and pet hotel sign-up opens together with the launch.
